Weather and Cancellation Policy

In the event weather or life insist you reschedule or cancel your rental, your deposit can be forwarded to another event within 1 year. This credit is non-refundable. If weather looks like it will cancel your party plans, please call us prior to the day of your party- We can not refund once our Delivery Staff has left the Warehouse for your event. All weather cancellations are at the discretion of All About Events and Services.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. Deposits range from 15% to 20% of total order. All deposits are final and non-refunable.

Where can I put the inflatable?

The setup location can be on grass, asphalt, driveways, patios, decks. The setup location must be clear of sharp objects, animal waste, ants, children’s toys. It should also be fairly flat, though mild slopes are fine for everything except slides. If you’re unsure about the location, you can e-mail a picture of the site to allabouteventsandservices@gmail.com, or you can schedule a site visit for a fee.

Will an inflatable hurt my grass?

Although moonwalks are large and heavy, they cover a large area and will have a negligible impact on your grass. It will flatten grass somewhat, but we’ve never witnessed permanent damage. We will put stakes into the grass to hold the inflatable in place, but these holes are no larger than what a typical sprinkler system would make. Please be a responsible adult and ensure our staff are aware of any specifics regarding the placement of the inflatable in your yard.  Homeowners are responsible regarding judgment of their property and any sensitive areas.
